TechCamp Nepal is initiated by Ellaine Memorial Foundation in partnership with US Embassy Nepal and Microsoft Innovation Center Nepal to design, create and develop innovative solutions thru youth empowerment. The main objective of organizing this tech camp is to provide skills to students who want to develop their career in IT, start their own business or create impact in society. This tech camp will not only give them technical skills but also make them capable to learn and use the skill to create innovative solutions during the certain specific programs.
For the Tech Camp Nepal, EMFound is organizing multiple activities for developing a network of geek girls, provide access to them and get best and innovative solution out of them.
Female Student developers, designers, programmers and Female tech professionals will team up in an energetic race of programming to develop innovative solutions. We are targeting total of 50 participants at the moment coding for 72 hours on their solutions to develop best solutions. TechCamp Nepal will be residential, 3 days and 2 nights and will be conducted on March 2-4, 2017 at Chitwan, Nepal.

Anantya Van Bronckhorst
Anantya Van Bronckhorst is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Think.Web Indonesia leading digital & technology agency that creates a new way of marketing on the digital world. Think.Web has help various blue chip company entering the digital market and has work with the likes of Unilever, Diageo, Acer and Bank Mandiri for many years. Staying true to her analytical skill and entrepreneur spirit, she’s also co-chair several other agency ranging from PR company talklink, Online-Offline Tech Agency wooz.in, Web developer digify.us, and also invested her time in several other startups. On her free time she’s actively manage Girls in Tech Indonesia and also become a guest lecturer on several universities mainly on advertising & communication major.
Aulia Halimatussadiah (Ollie)
Aulia Halimatussadiah (Ollie) is the co-founder and Chief Content Officer of Zetta Media, a media platform with 12 lifestyle portals for Indonesian youth. She helped shape writing and publishing industry in Indonesia with her startups NulisBuku.com (2010), the first online self-publishing platform Print-on-Demand platform in Indonesia with more than 150,000 writers and Storial.co (2015), a story sharing platform that allows writers to write and collabowrite online in chapters.
She’s a writer of 28 books, varied from novels to how-to books. Her passion in books,
writing, and technology made her selected as Kartini Next Generation, Inspiring Woman in ICT 2013 by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Republic of Indonesia.
She’s actively organize Girls in Tech Indonesia, to encourage more women to use technology to improve lives.
Bektour Iskender is a co-founder of Kloop, a news website and a journalism school based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
He was the first editor-in-chief of Kloop from the day it was founded in 2007 till February 2015. During this time Kloop became one of the most well-known news websites in Kyrgyzstan, famous for its balanced and fair reporting, and the use of innovative technologies.
Bektour has also been a chief trainer at Kloop Journalism School, where he introduced the practice-based approach in the education, which allowed students as young as 15 years old to start writing their first real news stories on the second week of education
In 2016 Bektour was the first person from Central Asia to give a talk at the famous TED conference in Vancouver, Canada, where he shared the unique story of Kloop.
Today Bektour works on the international expansion of Kloop, including the planned launch of the English language content in 2017.
Khizra started her career at one of Pakistan’s leading ad agencies, Interflow, and has also worked with Oscar winning filmmaker, Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy. As a former blogger and current micro-blogger, she used her passion for and ease with social media to work with Mindmap Communications, a company that promotes and advocates for social and development causes. Through her work life, Khizra has worked on and helped launch some of Pakistan’s most iconic brands.
Khizra is now CEO of CO-Pakistan, a coworking space that provides an inspiring environment for freelancers and entrepreneurs to work out of.
Manjula Sridhar is the Founder of ArgByte a cyber crime analytics software. She is a techie with 2 decades of work experience in tech industry with specific focus on networks and security. She has been founder and CTO of Aujas Networks and has worked with many MNCs such as Lucent, Bosch, Huawei and Arcot. An Engineer by education, She did her M.S from IIT Chicago.
She is a mentor at Indian Institute of Bangalore’s Incubation centre and MS Accelerator. She is a fellow at iSpirt a think tank for Indian Entrepreneurship and runs iKenStartup a bootcamp for early Entrepreneurs.
